Player Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jya7 website accessible at jya7.io, including all associated sub-pages, game lobbies, sportsbook interfaces, account management features, cashier systems, and mobile-optimised views.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jya7 Platform in any capacity, whether as a registered account holder or as an unregistered visitor.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration, through which a Player accesses all jya7 products and services.
• "Balance" means the total BDT-denominated funds held in a Player's jya7 Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any bonus funds separately credited.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet amounts, or match bonus allocations credited to a Player's Account subject to specific wagering requirements and validity conditions.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposited BDT amounts forming part of a Player's Account Balance, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total cumulative bet amount that must be placed before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.
• "Game Providers" means the third-party software companies whose games are made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means the time zone UTC+6 applicable to Bangladesh, used as the reference time for all Platform operations, promotional schedules, and session-related calculations.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document review and payment method ownership confirmation, required before withdrawal processing.

2.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the Platform, form the entire agreement between you and jya7 governing your use of the Platform.

2.2 By completing the account registration process, accessing the Platform, placing any bet or wager, depositing funds, or claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

2.3 jya7 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where amendments are material, jya7 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to the registered account address.

2.4 If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform, close your Account, and withdraw any remaining Real Money Funds in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 6.

3.1 The Platform is strictly open to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jya7 enforces a minimum age of 21 years across all products and jurisdictions. This is a non-negotiable requirement with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the Platform as a natural person acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, corporation, or organisation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jya7, nor a family member of any such individual residing in the same household.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory, issued by jya7 or any other gaming platform.
• The laws and regulations applicable in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform do not prohibit you from participating in online casino games or sports betting.

3.2 jya7 may require you to provide proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe requested by jya7 may result in Account suspension and/or withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

3.3 jya7 expressly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Where jya7 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under the age of 21, jya7 will immediately suspend the Account, void all bets and bonuses, and return any deposited Real Money Funds to the payment method from which they originated, less any amounts already wagered.

4.1 To access real-money games and sports betting on jya7, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details.

4.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one jya7 Account at any time. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether identified by shared mobile number, identity document, device fingerprint, IP address range, payment instrument, or any other technical or documentary indicator — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 You must ensure that all Account information you provide is accurate at the time of registration and remains accurate throughout the lifetime of the Account. You are responsible for updating your Account information promptly whenever it changes. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in delays or refusals of withdrawal requests.

4.4 jya7 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

4.5 Account registration is free of charge. jya7 does not impose any fee for opening, maintaining, or closing a Player Account.

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

5.2 All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify jya7 immediately via the support contact channel at [email protected].

5.3 jya7 recommends that Players use strong, unique passwords and change them regularly. jya7 will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password or full payment method credentials.

5.4 jya7 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections to protect data transmitted between your device and jya7 servers. However, you remain responsible for the security of the device and network connection you use to access the Platform.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jya7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay, and approved bank transfers to accounts held with Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no jya7-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

6.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account within 30 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business days to process depending on the issuing bank's internal clearing schedule.

6.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit into the Account. Where a Player has used multiple methods, jya7 reserves the right to determine the appropriate withdrawal destination. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

6.5 KYC Verification. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. jya7 may request a copy of a government-issued identity document (National ID Card, Passport, or Birth Certificate) and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC within 14 calendar days of the request will result in the withdrawal being cancelled and returned to the Account Balance.

6.6 Withdrawal Processing Times. For verified Accounts, withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times are calculated from the point of withdrawal approval, not from the point of request submission.

6.7 Fees. jya7 does not charge any fee on withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside jya7's control and are the Player's sole responsibility.

6.8 Prohibited Transactions. Deposits made using payment methods registered in the name of a third party are strictly prohibited. jya7 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source and to void any winnings derived from such funds.

7.1 jya7 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, match deposit bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, tournament prizes, and other incentive programmes to eligible Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.

7.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jya7 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain after the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• jya7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any active bonus at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that the bonus is being abused, exploited, or claimed in breach of these Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time per Account. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active — unless explicitly permitted by the specific promotion terms — will result in forfeiture of one or both bonuses at jya7's discretion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between Accounts and have no cash value prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirement.

7.3 Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting wagering requirement thresholds through low-risk hedging strategies, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or participating in co-ordinated abuse with other Players, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension.

8.1 All casino games available on jya7 are supplied by third-party Game Providers. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

8.2 All RNG-based games on the jya7 Platform use certified Random Number Generator technology that has been independently tested to produce statistically random outcomes. The use of RNG certification means that no game outcome is predetermined or influenced by previous outcomes, Player behaviour, or Platform-side intervention.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server interruption, connection loss, or software error — jya7 will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected game round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account Balance. jya7 accepts no liability for losses incurred due to technical malfunctions beyond this remedy.

8.4 Any attempt to use software tools, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated means to interact with games or the Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of the entire Account Balance.

9.1 All sports bets placed on the jya7 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, published within the sportsbook interface. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules govern.

9.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. jya7 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on any market at its sole discretion without prior notice.

9.3 Where a bet is accepted and later found to have been placed on the basis of a manifest error — including incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault or data feed error — jya7 reserves the right to void the bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account, regardless of whether the event outcome would otherwise have resulted in a winning bet.

9.4 In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice due to live event developments, data feed issues, or risk management decisions. Bets already confirmed prior to suspension remain valid.

9.5 Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt conduct in connection with sports events is absolutely prohibited. Any Account found to have placed bets connected to corrupt activity will be immediately suspended and the matter referred to the relevant sporting authorities.

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jya7 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform using the credentials of another person's Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, or harvest data from the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, using the Platform to layer, place, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any game or Platform component.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed from the Account Balance.
• Colluding with other Players in multi-player games or tournaments to manipulate outcomes.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Using the Platform from any jurisdiction where doing so is illegal under applicable local law.

11.1 jya7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm to Players. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no cost and can be activated at any time via Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on net losses across all real-money activity on the Platform.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications that alert you when your gaming session has reached a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, you may not log in to your Account, place bets, or access games.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Once self-exclusion is activated, jya7 will close your Account and ensure your details are flagged to prevent re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period.

11.2 jya7 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years and is committed to preventing underage gambling. If you are concerned that someone under the age of 21 may have access to your device or Account, you should use parental control software and ensure your Account credentials are not accessible to minors.

12.1 All content on the jya7 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, text content, game graphics (as supplied by Game Providers), promotional materials, and data compilations — is the property of jya7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from jya7.

12.3 The trademarks, trade names, and service marks of third-party Game Providers displayed on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use those marks.

13.1 The jya7 Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. jya7 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses, or compatible with all devices and network configurations.

13.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jya7's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 jya7 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if jya7 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14.1 jya7 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jya7 reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The Account is associated with prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to jya7.

14.2 Where an Account is closed by jya7 due to a material breach by the Player, jya7 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance, including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds. Where closure is not attributable to Player misconduct, jya7 will return any remaining Real Money Funds to the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14.3 Players wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting jya7 support via email at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to the registered payment method before closure is finalised.

15.1 jya7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy.

15.2 By registering an Account, you consent to jya7 collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including account management, payment processing, identity verification, responsible gaming compliance, fraud prevention, and communication regarding your Account and any applicable promotions.

15.3 jya7 does not sell Player personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification services, Game Providers, and other service providers who require access to deliver the services described in these Terms, all of whom are contractually bound to use the data only for those specified purposes.

15.4 All personal data is transmitted and stored using SSL encryption and industry-standard security controls. For full details of your data rights and jya7's data retention practices, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

16.1 jya7 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing an updated version on the Platform. The updated version will display the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

16.2 For material amendments, jya7 will endeavour to provide at least 14 calendar days' advance notice via a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clar ifications, and formatting changes — take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.

16.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.3 before the amendment takes effect.

17.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual in nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jya7's operating jurisdiction.

17.2 In the event of a dispute between you and jya7, you are encouraged to contact jya7 customer support in the first instance at [email protected]. jya7 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute informally within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint.

17.3 Where informal resolution is not achieved within the timeframe described in clause 17.2, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

17.4 jya7's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, technical malfunctions, bonus eligibility, and Account status is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in this section.
